Eerder werd bekend dat FC Barcelona een samenwerking met Ajax wil aangaan wat betreft het stallen van spelers. Veel mensen vinden dit niet kunnen omdat Ajax hier veel te groot voor is.
Op Twitter schrijven voetballiefhebbers vanuit alle landen dat ‘Ajax het nieuwe Vitesse’, doelend op alle Chelsea-huurlingen in Arnhem, zou gaan worden, en dat het ‘Schandalig is omdat Ajax veel te groot is om zusterclubje van Barcelona te worden’.
